How to: View/Open chart datasheet window.
Solution:
When editing a chart or graph, select the 'View' menu and select 'Datasheet'.
1) Select the desired chart or graph. (Handles appear around the chart or graph.)
2) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Chart Object'. (The Chart Object submenu appears.)
3) Select 'Edit'. (A selection box appears around the chart or object.)

4) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Datasheet'. (The datasheet window opens.)
NOTE: Selecting 'Datasheet' opens the datasheet window when it is closed, and closes the datasheet window when it is open.
